Basketball Women's - Sat, Nov. 21, 2015

Fulton, MO:   The Central Baptist College Lady Mustangs dropped their second AMC contest of the season to William Woods University today, 81-54. The Lady Owls used a srong opening (27pts) and third period (20 pts) to soar past the Lady Mustangs.

Aaliyah Block lead CBC with 15 pts, 8 rebounds and 3 blocks.  Rachel Eitherington added 14 pts and 4 rebounds in the effort. Courtney Davidson  grabbed 8 rebounds and scored 7 for the Lady Mustangs.

Kendra Vernatti scored 16 pts for the Lady Owls in the win.

Basketball Men's - Thu, Nov. 19, 2015

Columbia, MO: Sixteen ranked Columbia College powered by the Central Baptist College Mustangs 87-54 in their conference opener. 

CBC shot 30% from the field and only 13% from the 3-pt line in the losing effort.  Fred Albright had 13 pts and 6 rebounds to lead the Mustangs.  Mon'Darrius Benson added 11 pts to the CBC effort.

Three Columbia players scored in double figures; Zach Rockers (20), Travis Vogt (19), Nic Reynolds (11).

Basketball Women's - Thu, Nov. 19, 2015

Columbia, MO: The Central Baptist College Women drop their conference opener on the road tonight against Columbia College, 78-42.

Columbia shot forty-nine percent in the first half to take a commanding lead at half, 42-12. Ashlee Marlatt lead Columbia College with 17 points.

The CBC Lady Mustangs were lead by Rachel Eitherington with 11 points and 5 rebounds. Aaliyah Block added 7 points and 8 rebounds in the effort.

Little Rock, Ar: Central Baptist College traveled to Little Rock to take on the Trojans in a homecoming contest Saturday.  The host Trojans took a 76-57 win in the exhibition contest.

Paragould, AR: Central Baptist College defeated the Pioneers of Crowley's Ridge College 99-94 on Friday.

Wrestling - Sat, Nov. 14, 2015

Owensboro, Ky:  On Wednesday, the Central Baptist College Men's Wrestling program gained its first early signee in program history.  Skyler Martinson, a senior at Davis County High School, is a four time Kentucky state qualifier and has placed in the top 4 wrestlers in the state the past two years. Martinson at 5'9 and is expected to wrestle in the 125lb weight class as he enters CBC as a freshman in 2016.

"I am excited to sign Sklyer, not only is he the first early signee in my coaching career," said Head Coach Ken Prophete, "he will be a great fit for our program as he believes in the mission of CBC and has expressed strong goals for his college experience."
