The CBC Mustangs added five players today in preparation for the 2011-2012 season.
The five newcomers are Shawneil Skanes, Carl Corman, Josh Allen, Spencer Caraway, and Levi Wallace.
Shawneil Skanes is a 5'-10" freshman from Crooked Oak, Oklahoma. Shawneil was a top scorer in the state of Oklahoma averaging 40.9 points per game. He received first team all-conference honors and is one of the most decorated incoming freshmen to ever sign at Central Baptist College.
Carl Corman is a 7'-0" transfer from North Lake Community College. Carl led his conference in block shots and was one of the top shot blockers in the nation among the junior college ranks.
Josh Allen is 6'-8" freshman from Weiner, AR, where he played his senior year of high school. He transferred to Weiner from Junction City, AR. Josh is a very skilled player who can do everything on the court well. He is the son of legendary coach Jimmy Allen who has coached at several state champion high schools in the state of Arkansas along with the college rankings, including Ozarks and Kansas State.
Spencer Caraway is a 6'-5" redshirt freshman Div. I transfer from Arkansas State. Spencer played his high school ball at Melbourne HS. He had the opportunity to play in the state championship game in each of his four years in high school.
Levi Wallace is a 6'-7" freshman from Manila High School. Levi was an all-conference player who helped lead his team to the state tournament.
