Borbon named AMC Offensive Player of the Week For Third Time

            St. Louis, Mo. – For the third time this season, Sage Borbon has been named American Midwest Conference offensive player of the week. Borbon led #13 CBC to a pair of AMC wins this week.

            Sage averaged 24 points, 5.5 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game in wins over Mission University and Harris-Stowe State. On Thursday night against Mission, he had 16 points, seven assists and three rebounds in a 100-91 victory followed by a 32-point, seven rebounds, four assist performance on Saturday at Harris-Stowe State.

            Borbon and the #13 Mustangs host #3 Freed-Hardeman, the defending NAIA National Champions, tomorrow night at A.R. Reddin Fieldhouse. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.
