Coach Rashad Allen enters his second season as an assistant coach for CBC and the first season in charge of the Junior Varsity squad in 2025-26. Allen is a 2022 graduate of CBC and played in six career games in a Mustang uniform.

In his first season as an assistant coach, Allen helped lead the team to a co-conference championship in the regular season and a second round NAIA National Tournament appearance. He also helped coach an NAIA third-team All-American, AMC Defensive Player of the Year and AMC sixth man of the year.
