Mustangs In Third After 36 Holes At Evangel Spring Invitational

Springfield, Mo. – Teeing off for the first time since October, Central Baptist College men's golf opened the spring season today at the Evangel Spring Invitational at Rivercut Golf Club. CBC shot a 36-hole score of 629 and sits in third place, 27 shots behind the leaders.
Individually, Cooper Hermann shot a 154 and is in a tie for ninth, 12 shots behind the individual leader. Kolt Carden was next, shooting a two round score of 157 followed by Eliseo Campos with a 159, Preston Nesterenko with a 161 and Juan Miranda with a 167. Lucas Alemparte, making his Mustang debut, also shot a 161 as an individual and Ottavio Lutterotti shot a 169 as an individual.
The third and final round tees off tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m.
