Mustangs Finish Third At Evangel Spring Invitational

            Springfield, Mo. – Entering the final round of the Evangel Spring Invitational in third place, Central Baptist College men's golf looked to move up at Rivercut Golf Club. CBC shot the second best round, a 299, but still finished in third place by six shots.

            Individually, Kolt Carden shot a final round 71 and finished in seventh place with a 228. Cooper Hermann also finished in the top 10 after shooting a final round 77 to finish with a 231. Eliseo Campos was next, shooting a final round 74 to finish with a 233 followed by Preston Nesterenko who closed with a 77 to shoot a 238 and Juan Miranda shot an 81 for a total of 248. Lucas Alemparte and Ottavio Lutterotti competed as individuals and shot 82 and 79, respectively, for totals of 243 and 248.

            CBC hosts the CBC Invitational next week at Cypress Creek Golf Club in Cabot.
