Little Rock, Ark. – Playing their penultimate non-conference game of the season, Central Baptist College women's basketball was at Mims Gymnasium for a rematch with the Philander Smith Panthers. CBC (2-5) led early, but struggled late and lost to PSU (5-4) 69-46.
Raigan Head led the way for CBC with a 19-point, 10-rebound double-double as she was the only Lady Mustang to reach double figures. CBC outrebounded PSU 43-39 and were plus six at the free throw line.
The Lady Mustangs are off until December 4 when they host Ecclesia for their final non-conference game of the season. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
