Conway, Ark. – Wrapping up the regular season in front of home fans at A.R. Reddin Fieldhouse, Central Baptist College women's basketball hosted Stephens College today with the possibility of their highest finish ever in the American Midwest Conference on the line. CBC (11-15, 8-10 AMC) trailed by 10 at halftime and nearly came back before falling to SC (14-14, 13-5 AMC) 81-73.
Raigan Head led the way in scoring with 20 points while Addison Hudspeth added 14 and Lexi Duck added 13. The Lady Mustangs won the rebounding battle 34-26 and outshot Stephens from the field 49 percent to 46 percent but couldn't answer with the three ball, making only six to the 10 made by the Stars.
