Kirby Medals At WBU Invite

            Kennett, Mo. – Entering the final round four shots off the lead in a tie for second, Abby Kirby led the Central Baptist College women's golf team into the final round of the Williams Baptist Invitational today looking for her first career win. Kirby was joined by Laney Crutchfield and Thaylia Ramirez in the 23 team field.

            Kirby would close with a 76 for a two round score of 154 to finish in a tie for fourth place and earn a medal in her second tournament of the fall. Crutchfield would close with an 85 for a total of 172 and Ramirez was the largest mover, shooting an 87 to climb two spots in the final standings. The Mustangs are off next week bur return to the course in two weeks for the Lyon College Fall Invitational.
