Mustangs in Fifth After 18 Holes In Springfield

            Springfield, Mo. – Teeing off for the first time this spring, Central Baptist College women's golf was on course at Rivercut Golf Club for the first round of the Evangel Spring Invitational. CBC shot a 403 in the opening round and sits in fifth place heading into the final 18 holes tomorrow.

            Individually, Thaylia Ramirez led the way, posting a 94 in the first round. Daniela Alastre was next at 100, followed by Laney Crutchfield, who shot a 104 and Emma Kate McBride who shot a 105. The final round tees off tomorrow morning at 8 a.m.
