Creve Coeur, Mo. – Playing their American Midwest Conference opener this afternoon, Central Baptist College women's soccer took on the Eutectics of the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy today at the Creve Coeur Soccer Park. CBC (0-4-1, 0-1 AMC) allowed three first half and two second half goals to fall 5-0 to UHSP (3-3, 1-0 AMC).
Rebecca Vandenburg made eight saves in net, her season high. Jaycee Suarez attempted a shot and the match was called in the 77th minute due to injuries.
CBC returns to the pitch on Tuesday night in Conway when they face Hendrix. Kickoff from Warrior Field is scheduled for 7 p.m.
