Masoga has spent the past three years as the assistant coach for the women's program and has previously coached girls soccer at the club level for Arkansas United. He played four seasons of soccer at CBC from 2012-15 as a defender. "I'm really honored to be the women's head coach," said Masoga. "My prior work with Coach Gordon has prepared me for this opportunity. I've been coaching for 10 years now and I've been at CBC since 2019 so I feel like I'm fully prepared for this. This has been a dream of mine and I'll be ready for all challenges that come our way. I'd like to thank President Kimbrow and Coach Middleton for giving me this opportunity. I'd also like to thank Coach Gordon for helping me become a better coach in my time working with him. This has been a goal of mine for quite some time and I pray that I do a great job."
