Conway, Ark. – Returning home for the first time in nine days, Central Baptist College volleyball hosted the Patriots of Mission University tonight in an American Midwest Conference contest inside A.R. Reddin Fieldhouse. CBC (3-12, 2-2 AMC) dropped the match in straight sets, falling to MU (5-13, 1-4 AMC) by scores of 22-25, 19-25 and 18-25.
The offense was the key to the match as Mission had 47 kills and hit .220 while CBC had 30 kills and hit .088. CBC is back on the floor on Saturday for a conference matchup at Stephens. First serve from Silverthorne Arena is scheduled for noon.
