Columbia, Mo. – Beginning a three-match trip to Columbia to end the regular season, Central Baptist College volleyball was at Silverthorne Arena tonight for an American Midwest Conference tilt with the Stephens Stars. CBC (8-22, 7-9 AMC) dropped the match 8-25, 19-25, 14-25 to SC (23-11, 15-1 AMC).
The only Mustang to reach double figures in any category was Ava White with 15 digs. CBC had 23 kills and hit .044 but the Stars had 49 kills and hit .328.
CBC wraps up the regular season tomorrow with a pair of matches inside the Arena at Southwell Complex. The Mustangs face UHSP first at 11 a.m., followed immediately after by a match with the hosts, Columbia.
