#MustangsWin! Men's Basketball Knocks Off Dallas Christian For First Win!

            Flower Mound, Texas – Continuing on their current road trip, Central Baptist College men's basketball was at Dallas Christian College tonight for a clash with the Crusaders. CBC (1-3) took the lead with around six minutes left in the first half, ended the half on a 16-5 run and never saw their lead get below double figures again, beating DCC (2-2) 84-65 for the first win for head coach Cody Henson.

            Jason Hunt led the way with 36 points on 14-22 from the field while Dalton Alexander III added 15 and MacArthur Reed, Jr., had 14. CBC was able to force 26 DCC turnovers and convert them into 27 points, while only committing 16 turnovers which Dallas Christian only turned into six points. CBC also made 10 threes compared to just six for DCC.

            The Mustangs play their fourth of five consecutive road games tomorrow when they head to Plainview, Texas to take on Wayland Baptist. Tipoff from the Hutcherson Center is scheduled for 5 p.m.
