Five Athletes Compete At AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships

Elsah, Ill. – For the first time since 2023, Central Baptist College competed in the American Midwest Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships. Josh Brown, Solomon Barnes, Kortney Embry and Evan East all competed on the men’s side while Makenzie Milligan competed for the women.

Pittsburg, Kan. – Competing for the first time this season, Central Baptist College indoor track was at the NAIA Juco Challenge today at Pittsburg State University. Four athletes competed in three events for CBC.
Nine Mustang Teams On NAIA Scholar Team List For 2022-23

Kansas City, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics has announced the 2022-23 Scholar Teams on National Awards Day. To qualify as a Scholar Team, members of the team have to have a combined GPA of 3.0 or higher for the entire academic year.
2022-23 Winter Sports Wrap Up

Conway, Ark. – The 2022-23 winter sports season concluded this past Friday for the Central Baptist College indoor track & field, wrestling, men’s basketball and women’s basketball teams. The season began with men’s basketball on Oct. 29 with a game against Louisiana Christian and ended on March 3 with Darron Harvey competing in wrestling nationals.

Two Athletes Compete at Redhawks Invitational

Cape Girardeau, Mo. – Competing for the first time in the 2022 calendar year, the Central Baptist College track & field team was indoors today at the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks Invitational. Ally Swaim and Isaiah Patterson competed for the Mustangs in the meet, with Swaim competing in the 55-meter hurdles and Patterson competing in the long jump.

Charleston, Ill. – Running for the final time this semester, Ally Swaim and Ryan Chamberlain represented the Central Baptist College track & field team today at the Eastern Illinois University Early Bird Meet. Swaim ran two events while Chamberlain competed in just the 400 meters.
