Conway, Ark. – Returning home for a rare Thursday match, Central Baptist College men's soccer hosted the Champion Christian Tigers tonight at the Conway Soccer Complex. CBC (2-5-1) nearly broke a program record, scoring seven goals in the first half and six in the second to beat CCC (0-5) 13-0.
Billy Murray scored four goals, becoming just the fourth player ever to score four or more goals in a match. Murray also recorded the 10th hat trick in program history, accomplishing the feat inside 21 minutes. Victor Alvarez and James Settle also had multi-goal games with both men scoring twice while Nigel Agboola, Padry Muleba, Lincoln Lopez, Braydon Hall and Eric Padron also scored. Flavio Bravo had a program single-match record five assists while Clay Glomski had two assists and Hayes Lawrence, Hall and Zeke Smith also had an assist.
